Returns the width of a window's saved normal rectangle. The value is in physical screen pixels. Save the normal rectangle and WindowDpi when your program closes, and pass them to SetWindowNormalPlacement next time. See the complete 11_Detachable_Panel.bb sample, which tears tabs off into floating windows and docks them back. Requires Extended mode.
