Description

Sets the tab strip that lights up while a floating window is dragged over it. The move-end event ($805) reports the final pointer screen position through EventX and EventY; your program decides whether to dock the panel back with SetPanelGroup. This command does not move the panel by itself. See the complete 11_Detachable_Panel.bb sample, which tears tabs off into floating windows and docks them back.
