Description
| Assigns a context-help topic to a gadget. For a toolbar, item is its zero-based button index; otherwise use -1. An empty topic removes the assignment. Pressing F1 while hovering the gadget posts event $407: EventSource is the gadget, EventText is the topic, EventData is the toolbar index or -1, and EventZ is its containing window. The pointer takes priority over keyboard focus. Disabled gadgets and expanded combo lists support help. The topic belongs to the gadget, survives reparenting, and is removed when it is freed.
