Yes, unimaginative and bland.

I'm not being negative here, I'm giving you honest criticism. If you feel like living in ignorance and never improving then you can only accept praise.

You have no interesting colors, it's all very monotone. My attention is drawn more to the sky than the buildings. That's not a good thing.

The buildings themselves are extremely square, tudor buildings are not 100% flat like the way you portray them in your work. It's fantasy, you shouldn't be constrained by a normal style, go for something that's genuinely interesting.

And last but not least, yes, I have seen tudor style buildings, they are not near as generally dull as what you present.

Let's take these two pictures (not real houses, but they're styled the same) for example:

Notice the colors, the woodword on the walls, etc. It's very attractive and styled in a very nice way, whereas yours is all straight (probably 45- and 90-degree angles) woodwork (the only exception I can see is one that might have curved woodwork, and if it does then you should have put it closer to the viewpoint so that it would attract the eye rather than having the sky steal the focus). The colors of the roof contrast well with the colors of the main building, and the lowest level has darker and more saturated wood than the middle sections of the building.

Now let's look at picture #2:

Notice the curvature, the flaws in the plaster, etc. The curvature of the stairs contrasts the otherwise square nature of the house, the supports under the second story cast shadows that create a much nicer look and feel, the entrances have stone arches, the edges of the roof are curved. Notice the exaggerated height of the roof. All of it creates a building that is pleasing to the eye.

By comparison your work is bland and unimaginative, using primarily desaturated colors, dull lighting, and very flat and perfect surfaces.

Heck, here's an example of one of my pieces of work to contrast yours:

Note the imperfections, the curvature, the slight sinking of the roof, etc. Without these details the entire thing would be very dull and boring to look at.

So do you see my point?

Edit: Here's another example of good design.
