A simple parser and a simple occurence function.
Fully documented.

To use the parser, where x is the string that you want to parse (with numbers/strings seperated by comma's).

num = parser$(x)

Num is the number of strings that were parsed. They are all dumped in the array 'parserreturn' which is dynamic and changes its size to the number of results.

This code:
num = parser$("firstline,secondline,thirdline")
for a = 1 to num
print parserreturn$(num)
next

will print firstline,secondline & thirdline.

The occurence function is fairly straight forward:

occurence(x$, y$) will return the number of times y$ appeard in x$.
Open in online IDE
;setup for the parser (the array that the variables are returned in)
Dim parserreturn$(1)

;simple parser, designed for a net game
;txt$ is the string that you want to parse
;give it some numbers in a string seperated by comma's (say, "2,4,5,6,1,55").
;it will redim the 'parserreturn' array, and put all of the numbers in it, it will also return the size of this array
