Returns the left coordinate of a window's saved normal rectangle. The value is in physical screen pixels, even when the window is maximized. Save the normal rectangle and WindowDpi when your program closes, and pass them to SetWindowNormalPlacement next time. See the complete 11_Detachable_Panel.bb sample, which tears tabs off into floating windows and docks them back.
