Restores a floating window's saved position, size and maximized state. Use it to put tool windows back where the player left them between sessions. The size is scaled for the destination monitor, the result is fitted inside its work area, and the window is centred on fallbackWindow's monitor when the saved display has been disconnected. Invalid dimensions or handles raise a runtime error. See the complete 11_Detachable_Panel.bb sample, which tears tabs off into floating windows and docks them back.
