Gives each toolbar button a hover tooltip from one comma-separated list. One call labels the whole strip: SetToolBarTips toolbar,"New,Open,Save,Cut,Copy,Paste" The entries line up with button indices - the same 0-based indices that EventData reports when a button is clicked and that EnableToolBarItem and DisableToolBarItem use. Separator gaps (blank icons) do not count and do not take an entry. Buttons past the end of the list simply get no tip. Because commas separate the entries, a tip cannot contain a comma. Calling again replaces the whole set. If you swap the icon strip with SetGadgetIconStrip the buttons are rebuilt, so set the tips after the strip. See it working in the world-editor shell sample.
