Sets the width of tab stops in a text area. Tab stops are placed at even intervals across the area, and the change applies to all text - what is already there and what arrives later. The spacing unit is fixed at six points per step, roughly the width of an average character, so SetTextAreaTabs codeArea,4 reads like four-character tabs in a script editor. Because the unit is fixed rather than measured from the current font, check the result visually if you combine wide fonts with small tab values.
