Sets the minimum logical size of both splitter panes. For a left/right splitter the limits are widths; for a top/bottom splitter they are heights. The divider is moved immediately if its current position violates a limit and is constrained during subsequent dragging and window resizing. If the splitter becomes too small to satisfy both limits, the available space is divided in the same proportion as the requested minimums. An explicit call establishes a new preferred layout from the clamped current divider.
