Moves a slider's thumb to a new position. Positions run from 0 to total minus visible, as configured with SetSliderRange; values outside that are clamped to the ends. Use it to sync the scrollbar when the view moves for another reason - the user pressed Page Down in your canvas, or jumped to a search result. Setting the value from code is silent: no $401 event comes back, so the handler that responds to user scrolling will not re-trigger. See it working in the layout and controls sample.
