Asks a Yes/No/Cancel question; returns 1 for Yes, 0 for No and -1 for Cancel. The three-way answer is exactly what the classic exit flow needs - "Save changes before closing?": Yes saves and quits, No quits without saving, Cancel abandons the quit and returns to the editor. Test the result with a Select or explicit comparisons; remember that -1 (Cancel) is true in an If, so do not treat the result as a plain boolean. The box is modal and owned by your active GUI window, and posts begin/end-modal events ($2004/$2005) to the shared event queue like the other requesters.
