Goes back or forward through the pages an HTML panel has shown. A page shown with SetPanelHtml can have links to other pages, and the reader can follow them, just as in a browser. Give your help viewer Back and Forward buttons that call PanelHtmlHistory panel,-1 and PanelHtmlHistory panel,1, and readers can find their way back to where they started. Nothing happens when there is no page to go back or forward to, when direction is 0, or when the panel has no HTML viewer yet - call SetPanelHtml first.
