Lets a gadget accept files and folders dragged in from Windows Explorer. Use it for an asset importer or a "drop a level here" panel. A drop emits event $404 (FileDrop): EventSource is the accepting gadget, EventData is the number of paths, and EventText$ contains newline-separated UTF-8 paths. At most 256 paths or 1 MiB of path text are accepted. Files are not opened automatically. See it working in the 13_Image_Editor.bb sample, which opens images dropped on its windows, and the complete World Editor sample, whose asset panel accepts dropped files.
