Returns 1 while a controller occupies this slot, or 0 otherwise. Recheck during play to support hot-plugging. Other occupied slots keep their numbers when a device disconnects. A new connection uses the lowest empty slot. Supported on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and web, subject to device and platform capabilities.
