Looking for web design help

I made a site that's heavy on content, but pretty plain. I need someone to turn it into a good-looking site:
www.leadwerks.com

Here are some ideas:
www.garagegames.com
www.unity3d.com
www.dxstudio.com

I will pay you. Please send a concept to support at leadwerks dot com.

To clarify, are you paying for the final design or the concept as well? I know a couple of web designers I can pass this onto, but they won't create you a concept without charge.

I need to see something before I agree to give someone money.

so you want a really simple design like garage games?

What about color scheme, ect? Also no php scripting?

Bevels? logos?

what about javascript/flash effects like drop down sub menus and animated banners?

also what happened to your previous site? It looked quite good.

@Leadwerks: check your mail!

Sounds like a job for joomla, just be sure to move the admin section.

I found someone who made a good concept and is now finishing it. Thanks to all who replied.
