LOL, I have been thouroughly entertained with this topic, and thought
that it was time for me to chime in too!
1 I don't see the need to get fussed up over this, since the earth has
been around for BILLIONS of years, and never gotten destroyed by
an asteroid.
2 Even if one DID hit, and wiped out all of man kind, there would
inevitably be some surviors left who hid underground.
(I.e Matrix, Terminator 2, etc. There are ALWAYS survivors.)
3 If we absolutely had to come up with a solution to get rid of it,
I'm all for Naught Aliens Trampoline idea ^_^
