I tried to run the latest version of UNO4 on my work pc, and it fails the same way.

My work pc specs are Winxp /SP2 - AMD Athlon 64x2 3800+ 2ghz - 2gb ram - Nvidia Quadro NVS 210S w/ 256 RAM.
