Get Filemon and you'll be able to see what file(s) it's looking for, and where it's failing to find them.

Quick tip, when it runs you can set a filter of what processes to include/exclude, you may want to add in system processes to it doesn't get too messy on screen.
Set include to just: *
And exclude may look like: csrss*; pg2*; avg*;
Or, just set the include filter to the name of your app, castle-glow.exe e.t.c
