I would say Mac owners `typically` focus on quality over quantity, whereas Windows users focus on quantity over quality. You could say a focus on quality can more likely be a focus on the subtler qualities of art, and that a focus on quantity tends to disregard art in favor of numbers, but it's not by any means clear cut. It's a wide wild world out there. There are definitely high quality `art` applications out there for Windows and Mac both.
