Smart cars are all rear wheel drive, and I love it. My previous car was front wheeler (Volkswagen Golf III), and now that I've had a rear wheeler, I will never buy a front wheeler again. Rear wheeler is so much more fun, but you might need one of those stabilization systems, since they can be also more difficult to handle, but fun goes before security :P
