It's a DNS issue:

nslookup tankuniversal.com

Name: tankuniversal.com
Address: 203.89.181.175

nslookup www.tankuniversal.com

can't find www.tankuniversal.com: Non-existent domain

The authoritive DNS server is simply not returning a record for www.tankuniversal.com.
