I just looked if there is a new version of Max3D and woops surprisingly there was a 66 release.
Now i didn't looked into it closer but a question which was coming up whilst browsing through the forum was, if Max3D still is in such an uncomplete state, Newton2 is better than ODE and the whole physics commands haven't been implemented yet doesn't it make sense choosing Newton2 as the official physics engine?
I just have seen that Newton2 is still in a Beta stage and i don't know exactly about the licence but just a thought.
