I bought my XP after they put WGA in it. There are cracks for this again, but I don't have to worry anymore I cannot update my software, and I need those updates to have better security.
I now also have 2x original Vista Ultimate with SP1 and 1x original Windows Server 2008 enterprise and Visual Studio 2008 standard for only 120 Euro's in total from MS directly, so I don't mind paying for an original version in the first place.
