Is BlitzMax the best programming language?

i like the fact that java can run in a browser and on mobile phones

I tried python but it was significantly more difficult and complicated/

the blitz3d language isnt very good in retrospect but blitzmax is the best

C++ and Java have very scary complicated include/module/import/dll/dependency usage,
