I missed the 16-bit era...
But, my first PC was a Tiny laptop, cost £1300... Broke three times in one year, the final time it didnt make it back to Tiny as they went bust.
It had:-
2Ghz CPU
256MB of RAM
40GB hard drive
A fan with a working life of 6 months... Offical!!!
The fan problem frazzled the board, sold it for £125... As it was filled with crap!
I saw that Tiny resurfaced as Tiny.com on the TV... Never in my whole life until that moment have I felt like chucking my TV out of the window! :)
