Got a reply from the US Embassy this morning. They need evidence from Reflexive of any royalties paid/due. This is despite Reflexive telling me last week "they probably don't need it".
Well they did need it! :/
At least I got my driving licence and birth certificate back, but I now have 28 days to get them the aforementioned from Reflexive, otherwise I need to send my original proof of ID again.
