Sprite Candy Tools Failing

OK I`ve uninstalled IE7 and all works well, even with Tortoise SVN installed (Yipee!). Well done for finding this out LineOf7s I am most greatful :)

I`ve emailed Mike to see if he can shed some light on why this happens, hopefully he`ll post here.
