I'm getting into XNA 2.0 and I'm thinking of buying a laptop, primarily for programming and the usual web browsing etc.., but also playing older games (such as Flatout etc..), but I know nothing about how laptop CPUs and graphics compare to the desktop versions.
I want something that will compare OK with my desktop PC, which is a 1.6 Core2Duo with Radeon 1750. Also I want XP and not Vista. Maximum price is around the £400 mark.
This seems to be the most promising option:

It has a 2ghz Core2 Centrino and Intel GMA X3100 graphics.
Does anyone know whether this would fit what I want?
thanks
James
