Last night I had a bit of a play with this, and started killing off processes in the Task Manager one by one to see if their absence would enable the Image Packer to work.
Pared it down quite significantly, and managed to discover... bupkis. Hardly a scientific test, but I was hoping to get lucky. Hey, it was Saturday night, after all.
I wasn't even using these tools until you mentioned they don't work anymore, and now there's not a single application on the planet I want to get working more.
