LineOf7s, do you have Tortoise SVN running on your system as I have just uninstalled it from mine and now the Sprite Candy tools work again.
It was the only software that I could think of that was recently installed (apart from SP3) so I thought that I would give it a shot and it worked!
I would be interested to see if you have it installed too.
