Firstly, please bare in mind that I'm a bit of a donkey when it comes to this kind of thing!!

I've recently got some malicious crap on my PC which brings up errors every time I try to access files on my windows drive (c) I get a message :

Attention!
Some dangerous viruses detected in your system. Microsoft Windows XP files corrupted. This may lead to the destruction of important files in C:\WINDOWS. Download protecion software now! Click OK to download the antispyware.

When I click NO firefox loads this page ..

I've run AVG / Adaware and it's picked up nothing. Any help much appreciated.
