After recently downloading the SVN version of BMax I would now like it to be opened when I click on a .BMX file. This seems to be a little trickier than I thought.
If I right click on the .BMX file and look in the "Opens With" list the newly downloaded SVN version of the IDE is not there. If I manually find the file myself and select it it still does not get added to the list so I cannot set it as the default program to open my .BMX files with.
I get a feeling that I have to edit the registry to associate .BMX files with the SVN IDE but I`m not sure how to. Is this what I need to do?
Any help or advice would be most appreciated. Ideally I would like to only have one version of BMax installed, the SVN one, but if I uninstall the original I still have the same problem.
