there was an 80's zombie comedy whose name i always get mixed up with the more serious zombie movies, in it they 'killed' the same zombie a dozzen or so times, each time he was dressed differently iir the last death he was dressed as jacksons thriller

using CB they hear
"come to the hospital, its safe at the hospital"
bit of internal bickering then
"whos the president?"
"erm, harry truman"
"lets not go to the hospital"
