Actually they can not sue anyone anyway. They should read the manual that comes with it instead of blame others for their intellectual / reading shortcommings
Tell that to my local council who got sued by a jetty jumper for injuries relating to a jetty that is 'too short' despite the clearly visible 'shallow waters' signs posted along the jetty.
