Not that i think neo-brainwashing the nation to all be the same is a bad idea or anything.. (i am an upstanding, "compliant" and obiedient "citizen"), but I actually like a woman with a -bit- of a bum myself. :/
Plus I think suing could be a bad precident for indie developers because it would efectively render the "No warranty of suitability for purpose and the limitation of liability (ie none - use at own risk)" clauses in a standard EULA more or less completely void.
