I think that it's our moral obligation to tell people who lack reality their current state.
Did you even think about what you just wrote, or do you just like typing?You have no right at all to go around calling a 10yr old "fat" - even moreso when they're below average weight for their age. Aside from that, you have no right to go around picking fault with anyone unless you yourself are perfect, which I doubt you are.
