In the Netherlands it doesn't matter what who did in a traffic accident, if it's between a car and a bicycle, the car driver has a minimum of 50% guild automaticly. Man, with mp3 players around the bicycle riders aside from not seeing you now don't hear you. You see those traffic signs there? you need to stop for cars comming from the roundabout.
