I got an IOGEAR 4-Port USB KVM switch(Model GCS634U) and have been very happy with it. I use it to control 2 pcs and 2 macs. The video does have a little quality loss but it's acceptable.
The cool thing about this model is that it fits under my monitor base(very small), comes with two cables attached and two extras (so you can just use 2 if you are only switching 2 boxes), and is all keyboard controlled. Another nice feature is that you can play music from one machine while using the rest of the KVM on another machine.
I've also had a Belkin SOHO in the past and had nothing but problems with it.
