I mean come on, whats the world comming to.. Posting "Dont mess with us?" puurlease!
It sounds like a bunch of southend chavs writing on a wall. A more professional outfit would state (basically) something like; You got hacked, to find out how please deposit -a lot of money- in -this- account for some good security advice.
