Looks really good! reminds me of ragnarok, which im sure was inspiration!
Some suggestions:
- reduce the contrast of the textures.. alot! everything clashes quite a bit.
- improve the style and design of the interface (currently looks a little bit like it was done using a paint package filters and effects.
- add a walking animation for slow movement (at the moment seems to run at walking pace)
