Heh, thought I'd install IE8 beta 2 after reading that. Beta 1 was incredibly bad, B2 seems pretty good.

I like chromes minimalist aproach, but at a glance it doesn't really seem much better than FF3 or IE8. I'm interested in seeing how well IE8 behaves on my ageing single core CPU. Sounded like IE8 might be the best browser for older systems where flash heavy sites are concerned.
