ImaginaryHuman: That has a lot to do with the monitor's video response rate. The faster the response time, the less you notice that blurring. It is recommended for game systems to be no more than 8 ms. Mine is at 5ms and I do not notice any blurring. On the other hand, my parent's monitor is something like 20ms and it blurs horribly.
