You're going to be waiting years if one of your requirements is that the battery lasts 2 days. Battery technology advances really slowly, and running all those graphics takes a lot of juice.
That's the iPhone's main weak point. You really want to have a car charger with you, and one in the office. I recently went on a trip up to the mountains, and it barely lasted the day, with minimal use, because I didn't have a charger with me.
As for the other things, the iPhone does that. The camera is better than a lot of phones and as good as you can expect for a lens of that size.
And the iPhone interface is excellent.
