The second biggest thing is going Vegan so that you cut out all the wasted farmland (and rainforest) and resources including oil that are required to farm meat.
Wow.

Everything else is basically small fry, but we do our best with bit's n bobs here and there.
The best thing you can do for the environment, is stop driving a car, stop using a computer, and stop using the Internet. The resources consumed in a cows short lifespan, is dwarfed by the enormous amount of resources required to build, manufacture and maintain a sound IT infrastructure.

But I bet that's just a little too inconvenient, compared to just being a fussy eater.

Hey, grey, makes two of us, im vegan too so good on you. Also have no kids, or intend too.
Good. It's probably for the better if you don't give your eating disorder on to anyone else.

:-o yeah and the pie-eating overweight masses shall inherit (and destroy) the earth, great.
Hey, survival of the fittest baby!

I think it's good that more people are taking an interest in living ethically
Really? How is having a diet that causes billions of farmland animals to die horrible, painful deaths by being ripped to shreds in a combine harvester possibly compatible to living ethically? You're opposed to the clinical slaughter of animals that exist for no other purpose than food (and clothing), but are perfectly fine by cruelly murdering animals born free and living in the wild?

By whose standards, is that "living ethically"?

Trying to live ethically is not the same as being PC at all
No. The Politically Correct are seldom that self-deluded about their particular brand of crazy.

I think two kids is fine as it sustains the population and it's my primary genetic purpose on this planet to have kids, but I've decided on two for moderation.
Of course two malnourished kids probably won't make much of a difference. Living ethically indeed.
