It is not a sequel though there is virtually nothing new in the game.
More bosses, more weapons, more uses of the arm, different bigger levels, improved graphics, sound and music... To me that is no less a sequel than Doom 1,2,3 etc. Anyhoo... I think it looks groovy baby!
