We are currently looking to implement a versioning system at work, but I am unsure which one to go with.
It's currently a toss up between Subversion (which I have limited knowledge of) and Mercurial (which I have no knowledge of other than it's a CVS).
Does anyone have any (worthwhile) recommendations? (with perhaps an explanation of why you would recommend it over another).

It will primarily be used for code, but it would be if some rudimentary support for binary files (i.e. large PSDs) could also be provided.

It also has to have eclipse integration (Which both mercurial and subversion do).
