Mac Change All no longer works (again)

I have noticed after 1.30 came out, Mac BMX file associations seem to have been lost. For some reason OSX has now reverted back to thinking that these files are UNIX executables.

Plus, when file association is set to BlitzMax, the file icon doesn't change to the BlitzMax one.

Change All has reverted back to not working again too...
