You're using an outdated Lib file. If, as you say, you got it from the official TV site and it's marked the latest, then they've still got problems with their mirrors. All those functions which are throwing errors were added in recent updates, so that's definitely an old one. For reference, the correct lib should be 1,482,464 bytes long.
