Crysis didn't have poor sales, just not as much as they had hoped for the vast expense and resources that went into the game.
Leadwerks isn't as usefull as crysis even on the most basic level. That Crysis will run on crappy hardware in low settings, and 2 - 4 year old DX9 hardware with high settings at a playable rate. I do think Leadwerks engine is a impressive engine that stands up well to a lot of other cutting edge indie engines if you have the hardware to run it.
